This is a really cute jacket.  The jacket with a bow is cute in itself and then there's a tiny hood with a pair of kitty ears - totally adorable.  Come along and let's work on this together.

Materials used : Today I’ve used one ball Vardhman Desire acrylic yarn with a 4.5 mm crochet hook ; embroidery needle ; sewing needle ; fabric glue.
For Indians : You could use our Vardhaman Oswal  acrylic yarns or Anchor , Red ros ; Red rose metallic or  unbranded  knitting cotton as well as Oswal ; Vardhaman acrylic yarns
Skill level : Easy

Double Crochet : dc : yo, insert hk into st ; yo (3 lps on hk); 
[yo, draw through 2 lps] twice.  One dc made.

Single crochet 2-together : sc 2-tog :

Please note that I start all my rows with a ch 1, turning chain for ease.

This is not my pattern.   The link for the pattern is given below.
I tweaked the pattern just a little bit to suit my convenience.

The pattern is worked top down - which means that the first row / round of stitches that you start with go around the neck
The original pattern uses a thicker yarn with a 7mm crochet hook.  If you are using a thinner yarn, you could use two strands together or check out this video here on how to make thin yarn bulky
