This is a lovely free pattern and oft-made called the Big Fringe Triangle shawl available at

For the really simple and yet superbly comfortable pair of fingerless gloves, I’ve used the pattern from http://www.favecrafts.com/Crochet-Scarf-Patterns/16-Free-Crochet-Hat-Patterns-Scarves-Gloves-eBook.  On this link you will get more than just this wrist warmer.. there are 16 patterns here.. so get a whole load of other goodies too.

The gloves are superb as you can make them for any size. I’ve made several of these – the first one was per pattern and just from the wrist till over the palms, and then I’ve made on that went up all the way to the elbow – so go for it. Have fun and be creative.

Materials used : For the gloves and scarf, I’ve used our superb Indian Vardhaman millenium yarn,  with a 4.5 mm crochet hook

My Dragon wing wrap :
Oh, and I’d made this absolutely superb wrap / shawl a few days back, and this is yet another pattern that you really *must* try.  This free pattern is written up in several languages
For this scarf, I’d used an unbranded DK ply 100% Indian knitting cotton  yarn ; about 400 grams and I’ve made a project of (from one wingtip to another) ~ 67” and a width of ~ 21” at the broadest part.
