Now we're going to find our way to the bottom of this round and work a round of chains.
Back post single crochet : bpsc : Post stitches are stitches worked around the post of a stitch of the row below. Here is an easy video tutorial for the bpsc at https://youtu.be/L1K_MMLl-D4

We will then work our next round in these chains to get the 3-D effect we're looking for.

Do not fasten off, continue to make the chain.
Now we will make a long chain that we will use to attach onto the handle of the baggage / suitcase.  The length of this depends on you.  One thing you need to keep in mind is that it needs to be long enough to go around and tie securely around the bag handle but not so long that it flaps too loosely - as we do not want this getting caught in the carousel.

Make chain : Work as many chain as you need for the double the final length of your loop.  Join with a sl-st to the 1st st.
Start making the chain at the point you ended Round 3Make chain as long as you want

Proudly display your luggage tag and be sure that you'll never lose your luggage ever !

Want a slightly larger flower?
Now if you want to make a slightly larger flower - one round more.
For this we need to once again work that round of chains from under Round 3.
The flower (photo below) is worked till Round 3.
Flower made up to Round 3
So we will wrap our yarn using the bpsc around the sc of Round 2.
Optional Round 4 : ch 1, bpsc around the base of the 1st sc of Round 2 ;
(ch 5, bpsc around the next sc of Round 2) ;
rep (to) all around ;
ch 5 and join with a sl-st to the 1st st. (six ch-5 sps)

Optional Round 3 : (1 sc ; 2 hdc ; 2 dc ; 2 trc ; 2 dc ; 2 hdc ; 1 sc) all in the 1st ch-sp ;
rep(to) in the next ch-sp and in each ch-sp all around ;
join with a sl-st to the 1st st.

Optional ideas : Adding beads :
If you would like to add beads, then you need to add them before you start the pattern. You'd need 6 beads or multiples of 6, depending on where you want to add them.
1) If you add them just in one trc st, then you need 6 beads.
2) If you add them just in both trc sts, then you need 12 beads.
3) If you add them in every alternate st, then you need 5 beads per petal = 30 beads.
This means that you will add in the 1st sc, then the 1st dc, 1st trc, 2nd dc, 2nd sc.
the 2nd dc and 2nd sc being the ones at the end of the row in each petal.

Go ahead and let just your imagination be your limitation!
