C IS FOR ….

This is my 3^rd blog of our alphabet series of little motifs. All these motifs are headed to Project Chemo Crochet. Do read all about what this donation is about on their webpage or Facebook page of the same name.

Let’s work on our C is for… motifs. Today we’ll make cherries, a cupcake, a cup of cocoa, a chicken, some coral and some crabs. There is also a link for cat motifs that I’ve made earlier – so lots of stuff in today’s blog. Come along - let’s create.

Materials used : Today I’ve used our lovely Oswal 4-ply acrylic yarn with a 3.5 mm crochet hook

For Indians : You could use Anchor , Red ros e ; Red rose metallic or unbranded knitting cotton as well as Vardhaman acrylic yarns

General yarn info : The yarn used today is not specific to this pattern.

You can use any yarn with a suitable hook to make this project to any size.

International yarns : Among the international yarns I have used in this thickness, I’d suggest Aunt Lydia Cotton 10, Aunt Lydia Bamboo-Viscose 10, DMC Petra, Sullivans knitting cotton (Australia), Milford Soft, Hilaza Rustica Eclat , Alize cotton yarn and Alize bamboo yarn.

Difficulty level : Easy

sc : single crochet dc : Double crochet

ch : chain ch-sp : chain space

sp : space rep : Repeat

hk : hook lp (s) : loop(s)

yo : yarn over sl-st : slip stitch
